摘　　要：2015年开始,西安交通大学医学院第二附属医院儿科建立了以岗位胜任为导向的一体化规培体系,内容包括一体化管理模式、二元式知识模块、三阶梯临床思维培训及四站式考核反馈。科室从教学管理、内容、方法和评估等方面对其进行教学实践,探索适合中国国情的住院医师规范化培训体系,以期提升住院医师培训工作的质量和水平。Since 2015,the Pediatrics Department,Second Affiliated Hospital,Medical School of Xi＇an Jiaotong University has constructed the competency-oriented integrated educational system,including integrated management mode,binary knowledge modules,three-step clinic thinking practice and four-aspect assessment.Pediatrics department practiced this educational system under teaching management,content,method and evaluation,so as to explore the resident standardized training system suitable for China national conditions,to promote the resident training quality and level.
