摘　　要：鉴于口腔临床"四手操作"的特殊性和高等医学教育口腔专业护士缺乏的现状,提出培养高素质技能口腔护理人才的教育模式,初步建立配套高等教育模块和教学平台,深入探讨其具体实现形式,并分析目前急需解决的主要问题,进而为口腔高等护理专业人才的直接培养和输出、减少中间环节和人才流失搭建理论基础和实践的框架。Based on the＂four-handed technique＂of dentistry nursing and the deficiency of college-cultured oral nurses,this study put forward the education mode of high-quality oral nursing and established a corresponding teaching module and teaching platform for advanced education.The framework of the theory and practice was preliminarily set up which could increase the direct output of the oral higher nursing professional talents,and reduced the intermediate link and the brain drain.
