摘  要:我国高职教育高速发展,取得了举世瞩目的成绩,但仍然存在条块分割,政出多门,体制不畅;体系分割,层次疆化,结构不优;法治滞后,监管不力,质量不高;观念落后,动力不足,创新不够等问题。新时代加快推进高职教育供给侧结构性改革:一要完善高职教育体制、政策、制度和法治供给,提升法治化水平;二要规范高职教育秩序、结构、公平和保障供给,提升系统化水平;三要提升高职教育价值、权威和标准供给,提升标准化水平;四要保证高职教育质量、人才、科技、创新、社会、文化、生态和政治供给,提升现代化水平;五要创新高职教育供需联动机制,提升适应性水平。Although higher vocational education in China has made remarkable achievements with its high speed development,there are still some outstanding problems including departmental compartmentalized segmentation,inconsistent policies from different departments and impeded system,division of general education and vocational education system,solidification of vocational education level and non-optimal structure;the lagging of the rule of law,poor supervision and low quality;backward concept,and lack of motivation and innovation.To accelerate the structural reform of supply-side in higher vocational education in the new era,we should the lagging of the rule of law improve the higher vocational education supply of the system,policies,institutions and the rule of law to raise the level of rule of law;standardize the higher vocational education supply of the order,structure,fairness to improve the level of systematization;enhance the higher vocational education supply of the value,authority and standard to increase the level of standardization;ensure the higher vocational education supply of the quality,personnel,science and technology,innovation,social,cultural,ecological and political to raise the level of modernization;and innovate supply and demand mechanism to raise the level of adaptation.
