摘　　要：军民融合发展作为一项国家战略,关乎国家安全和发展全局。论文在对国防研究单位军民两用产品、民品的开发现状进行分析的基础上,结合某些单位具体情况,有针对性地对国防研究单位民品开发研发体制、市场化体制与激励机制做出了探讨,从研发人员的角度,就国防研究单位相关的民品研发思路提出了相应建议。As a national strategy, military and civilian integration development relates to national security and development of the country. Based on the development situation analysis of dual-use products and civilian goods of defense research unit, combining with some specific situations, paper discusses the development and research system, the market-based system and incentive system of civilian goods of defense research unit specifically,and puts forward the corresponding suggestion for the civilian goods development of defense research unit from the view of research personnel.
