摘 要:为分析曲线半径、轨距加宽和轮轨摩擦系数对钢轨磨耗的影响,在某动车所的环Ⅰ线(半径275m)和环Ⅱ线(半径280m)开展了为期一年半的钢轨磨耗跟踪实验,并建立CRH5型动车组的动力学仿真模型。研究结果表明:(1)环Ⅰ线钢轨侧磨严重且磨耗不均匀,钢轨使用寿命约一年半;(2)适当增大曲线半径可显著减小钢轨侧磨,半径300m曲线的钢轨侧磨较半径250m曲线钢轨侧磨减小约65%;(3)动车组在动车所内一般空载且运行速度较低,适当增大轨距可以减小钢轨侧磨;(4)采取轨侧润滑措施可使钢轨侧磨减小40%~70%,提升小半径曲线钢轨使用寿命。In order to analyze the effects of curve radius,gauge widening and wheel rail friction coefficient on rail wear,a rail wear test was carried out for one and a half years on the loop lineⅠ(with radius of 275 m)and loop lineⅡ(with radius of 280 m)of an EMU maintenance depot.The dynamic simulation model of CRH5 was established.Results show that rail gage wear of the loop lineⅠ(with 275 mradius)is serious and uneven,and the service life of the rail is about one and a half years.The rail gage wear of the 300 mradius curve decreased about 65% compared with the 250 mradius curve,and increasing the radius of the curve can obviously reduce the rail gage wear.Increasing the gauge width properly will reduce the rail gage wear,as a high-speed train does not carry passengers and runs at a low speed in the maintenance depot.Rail lubrication can reduce rail gage wear by about 40%~70%,and prolong the service life of the rail in sharp curves.
