摘　　要：为响应近期国家中医药管理局提出的"遵循中医药规律,推进具有中医药特点的中医师规培"的工作指示,在临床带教住培医师过程中,整合医院带教力量,将"名中医工作室平台"与住培带教有机结合,探索"名中医工作室"共同参与的中医住院医师规范化培养模式。该模式遵循中医传承模式和名中医成才规律,有利于中医师规培的中医内涵建设,值得进一步深入和推广。In order to response the work instruction of state administration of traditional Chinese medicine that follow the regulations of traditional Chinese medicine,and then to develop the TCM standardization training of residents with characteristics of Chinese medicine,our department has integrated the teaching forces in hospital,combined famous Chinese medicine physician studio with teaching TCM standardization training of residents,and then explored the pattern of joining with famous Chinese medicine physician studio in the process of teaching the TCM standardization training of residents.This pattern follows the inheritance of Chinese medicine and the regulations of becoming famous Chinese medicine physicians.It is also benefit to the TCM connotation construction of TCM standardization training of residents.So it is worthy of further study and promotion.
