摘　　要：通过阅读和分析相关文献,对胃强脾弱证中涉及的"胃""脾弱"等相关概念进行梳理,并对胃强脾弱证之病因病机与治法方药进行系统探究。认为古之"胃强脾弱"的病机是肠热脾约,属麻子仁丸证;今之"胃强脾弱"的病机是胃热脾虚,属半夏泻心汤证。Based on consultation and analysis of relevant literature,the paper sorts out the related concepts of stomach and weak spleen,and systematically explores the etiology and pathogenesis,therapeutic method and prescriptions for the syndrome of Stomach Excessive and Spleen Weakness（ Weiqiang Piruo）. The author holds that pathogenesis of the illness in ancient is heat in intestine and splenoasthenic constipation,falling on syndrome of Maziren Pill; while in modern time,the pathogenesis is stomach-heat and spleen deficiency,belongs to syndrome of Banxia Xiexin Decoction.
