摘 要:目的:探讨洋葱提取物多肽对四氧嘧啶造模糖尿病小鼠体重、血糖及糖化血红蛋白的影响。方法:采用腹腔注射四氧嘧啶(ALX)方法建立糖尿病小鼠模型,将建模成功的小鼠分为4组:健康组、糖尿病组和洋葱多肽高、低剂量处理组。其中健康组无任何处理,糖尿病组为四氧嘧啶建模后无其他处理,洋葱多肽组在四氧嘧啶建模小鼠上进行给药。比较各组小鼠的体重变化、空腹血糖(FBG)、肾脏组织SOD、MDA等指标的差异。结果:洋葱多肽高剂量处理组显著降低模型小鼠的血糖(FBG)和肾脏组织SOD、MDA值,表明对肾脏有所修复。结论:洋葱多肽能缓解糖尿病小鼠高血糖。Objective: To study the effects of onion extract polypeptide on weight, blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin of alloxan-induced diabetic mice. Methods: The diabetic mice model was established by intraperitoneal injection of alloxan (ALX). The mice were divided into 4 groups: healthy group, diabetes group, onion polypeptide high, and low dose treatment group. The diabetic group was treated with alloxan, and the onion polypeptide group was administered on alloxan-molded mice. The changes of body weight, fasting blood glucose (FBG), kidney tissue SOD, MDA and other indexes were compared. Results: The adiponectin-induced hyperglycemia (FBG) was significantly reduced in the high-dose treatment group, and the kidney tissue SOD, MDA in diabetic mice was effectively reduced.Conclusion: Onion polypeptide can alleviate hyperglycemia in diabetic mice.
