摘　　要：调查表明,空乘专业的建设仅仅为学生入职提供了捷径,而无法满足学生和航空公司的真正需求,也难以提高从业人员的职业素养和促进个人的终身发展,更不利于民航业的健康发展。因此,我们必须建立起符合空中乘务专业自身特点的职业教育体系。Research shows that the education for flight attendant provides only a shortcut for the educated, but cannot meet the real needs of the future development of the airlines and the students. What＇s more, it makes it more difficult to improve the staffs professional quality and the lifelong development of the individual, as well as less conducive to the healthy development of civil aviation. Therefore, we must establish the vocational education system in conformity with the education of flight attendant.
