摘 要:使用微机发热量测定仪对糖类和10种北方常见农作物的热值进行测定,结果表明,糖类的热值大小为蔗糖>果糖>葡萄糖>淀粉,与文献相比,相对误差不超过0.2%。该方法准确度高,简单快捷,耗样量小。农作物物理热值高低顺序为油料作物>主食和杂粮>薯类,要得到农作物的生理热值还需进行校正,为调整农业种植结构和合理膳食提供了依据。The calorific values of carbohydrates and 10 common crops in the northern were measured and analyzed by microcomputer calorimeter. The calorific values of carbohydrates were observed as follows: sugar 〉 fructose 〉 glucose 〉 starch. Comparing with the literature, the relative error was less than 0.2%. This method with the advantages of high accuracy and taking a small amount of sample was quick and simple. The order of physical calorific value of crops was oil crops 〉 staple food and grain 〉 potato. To get a physiological calorific value, correction was also required. The basis for adjusting agricultural planting structure and reasonable diet was provided.
