摘 要:目的研究实验室常用消毒剂新洁尔灭、84消毒液、洗必泰对金黄色葡萄球菌的灭杀效果。方法本实验采用国标GB 4789.10-2016分离鉴定金黄色葡萄球菌,采用抑菌环实验检测三大类消毒剂新洁尔灭、84消毒液、洗必泰检测金黄色葡萄球菌的最低抑菌浓度,确定最优消毒浓度。结果常规浓度的新洁尔灭对金黄色葡萄球菌具有完全的抑制作用,有效氯含量为0.4%的84消毒液对金黄色葡萄球菌具有完全抑制作用,而洗必泰需达0.4%浓度或以上才表现出对金黄色葡萄球菌完全抑制。结论常规使用消毒剂能满足实验室的杀菌效果,但应交替使用消毒剂,防止细菌耐药性的产生。Objective To investigate the antibacterial effect of chlorhexidine, 84 disinfection and bromogeramine on Staphylococcus aureus. Methods According to the national standard GB 4789.10-2016 isolated of Staphylococcus aureus, the bacterial inhibition ring test was employed to detect the bacteriostatic effect of the three general disinfectants respectively of chlorhexidine, 84 disinfection and bromogeramine to Stapl^vlococcus aureus, to determine the optimal disinl^ction concentration. Results The conventional concentration of the bromogeramine and 0.4% effective content chlorine of the 84 disinfection could complete inhibition of Staphylococcus aurclt, while the concentration of chlorhexidine must reach 0.4% or more. Conclusion The routine use of disinfectants can satisfy the bactericidal effect of the laboratory, but the disinfectant should be used alternately to prevent the production of bacterial resistance.
