摘 要:在过去的近30年中,学者们对于员工如何在不同工作情景下进行情绪劳动,以及情绪劳动对员工的身心健康和组织绩效等方面的影响进行了大量研究。对情绪劳动的发展、情绪劳动的结构以及表层扮演和深层扮演两类表现策略、与相关因素的关系进行了全面梳理,在整体把握情绪劳动研究现状的基础上,对情绪劳动的未来研究方向做出积极展望。In the past thirty years, scholars have carried out a great number of studies on how employees conduct emotional labor under different work situations and what influences emotional labor has exerted on the employees' physical and mental health as well as their organizational performance. This paper has sorted out the development and the structure of emotional labor, the two performance strategies, i.e. surface acting and deep acting and the relevant factors. Based on an integrative view of the current studies on emotional labor, the paper has positively prospected the future studies in this field.
