企业核心能力及其建模研究

摘　　要：为完整、清晰、准确地描述企业核心能力,解决企业协作中的概念障碍,分析国内外相关研究对于核心能力的描述.基于EXPRESS建模语言及国际标准STEP(ISO 10303),MANDATE(ISO 15531),PLIB(ISO 13584),从核心能力本质出发,描述企业核心能力并建立模型,解决之前存在从单一视角无法将核心能力描述清晰以及未能全面把握核心能力问题.可根据需求及实际情况对核心能力不同维度、不同程度进行描述,并根据概念、科学技术等因素的变化发展添加维度,使模型具有鲁棒性、可拓展性和完善空间,避免此类原因造成的模型可利用性差及概念错误,为解决企业协作时的障碍奠定理论基础.This article is written in order to thoroughly,clearly,and accurately express the core capability of enterprise,and remove the concept barrier which hinders enterprise between companies.We now,base on EXPRESS modeling language and international standard STEP（ISO10303）,MANDATE（ISO15531）,and PLIB（ISO13584）,depicts the core capability of enterprise according to its essence and establish model.This will be a huge advancement,because,unlike what people have done before,our effort will not be a view taken from a single point.Therefore,it will express the idea more clearly,and solve the problem more thoroughly.We may,based on actual needs and actual situations,depicts different dimensions of the idea,and increase the dimensions according to the changes and development of the scientific concepts and technologies,so as to give the model a greater robustness,expansibility,and more room for improvement and avoid low utility and concept errors incurred by these reasons,giving theoretical basis to the removing barriers in company corporation.
