摘　　要：首先简单介绍了MEMS系统,然后综述了MEMS技术在现代医疗器械领域的应用,包括微型传感器与微型仪器、微机器人、微型人工脏器开发以及微创手术的开展应用.最后展望了MEMS在该领域的发展前景.In this paper, a brief introduction of MENS system is made, and an overall description is given to the MEMS technology in the field of modern medical equipment, including the developments of micro sensor, micro instrument, micro robot, micro artificial organs and the applications of minimally invasive surgery. At last, the application prospects of the MEMS in this fields are expected.
