摘　　要：根据现代职业教育的发展需要，为探索煤炭企业职工继续教育的现状与需求，对煤炭企业职工及部分函授生进行问卷调查，对调查结果进行了分析，得出了相关结论。对煤炭企业职工继续教育的教学模式、教学内容、课程信息化教学等方面提出了改革思路和建议。According to the development demand of the modem vocational education, and in order to explore the current situation and requirement for continuing education of the people in mining industry, an investigation is conducted within workers and some correspondence students in coal enterprise. Some conclusions are obtained by analyzing the findings. It puts forward some reform ideas and proposals from the perspective of teaching mod- el, teaching material and information-based teaching for the continuing education of the employees in coal enter- prise.
