摘 要:目的分析民族地区县级医院医务人员的工作满意度现状,为民族地区卫生人力资源管理提供参考依据。方法对甘孜州6个县级人民医院的484名医务人员进行问卷调查。结果甘孜州县级医院医务人员工作满意度总得分为78.64分,属于基本满意。工作环境与条件、报酬方面最不满意,人际关系、工作安全感满意度最高;男性满意度水平高于女性;中专生的满意度低;工作年限越长、职称越高,满意度越高。结论建议通过改善工作条件,重点关注年轻医务人员、低学历人群、医生和护士的需求,提高民族地区医务人员的满意度。Objective To analyze the present situation level hospital in Sichuan minority area, and provide on the job satisfaction of medical personnel at the county the reference for the management of human resources for health. Methods A questionnaire survey of 484 medical staffs that were selected from 6 county level people's hospitals in Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture. Results The total score of job satisfaction was 78.64 points, it was basically satisfactory level. The most dissatisfied things were working environments and conditions, and remuneration. Satisfaction on interpersonal relationship and job security was the highest. Satisfaction degree of men was higher than women's. Technical school students had low degree on satisfaction, the longer engaged in work, the higher the title, and they got the higher degree of the satisfaction. Conclusion It was suggested that by improving working condition, and focus on the needs of young medical workers, technical school educated people, doctors and nurses, can improve the satisfaction level of medical staff in minority areas.
