摘 要:与平稳运行时相比,电机驱动伺服转台在过零或低速的工况下,会呈现出不良的系统特性。应用多个子模型分别描述伺服转台在不同工作状态下的输入输出关系,并基于切换系统理论建立整体的非线性模型。为辨识切换系统模型参数,构建有约束多目标优化问题,并应用多目标粒子群优化算法,对该问题进行求解。交叉验证实验比对说明了该切换模型的有效性。Compared with the normal stable working condition, the motor-drive servo turntable shows different features in the operations of zero crossing distortion or low-speed. Several various subsystem models were applied to input-output relationship. The switched system theory was introduced to the global modeling of servo turntable. The identification issue was converted into a constrained multi-objective optimization problem (CMOP). Moreover, the multi-objective particle swarm optimization (MOPSO) algorithm was applied to the CMOP, and the parameters estimation was obtained as a result. Finally the effectiveness of switched system was supported by simulation results and comparison of the cross-validation experiment.
