摘　　要：中小企业集群是介于市场与科层组织之间的中间性组织形态,本质是集群企业间关系所形成的网络结构。联系性、合作性和社会资本性是中小企业集群组织范式的主要特征。中小企业集群不同类型的关系网络结构会产生不同的影响和功能。中小企业集群发展是不同的关系网络结构的交替过程。SMEs Clusters are network forms which are between market organizations and bureaucratic ones. In nature, SMEs Clusters are network structure which can be formed by interorganization relations. Linkages, cooperations and social capital are the primary features of SMEs Clusters. The SMEs Clusters'relational structures have different effects. The relation' networks must be combined in the process of developing of SMEs Clusters. This is a the continuous cycle.
