摘　　要：教师的德性人格是教师奉献精神和牺牲精神的体现。教师作为教育教学活动的创造者、组织者和实施者,他的高尚的道德情怀和稳定的人格将在教学方式的改革和教学质量的提高等教学活动中起到重要作用,甚至影响整个一代人的健康成长。The moral personality of teachers is the representation of teachers' devotion and sacrifice spirits. A teacher acts as a creator, an organizer and an executor in activity of education and teaching, whose noble morality and stable personality will play an important role in the reform of teaching mode and the improvement of teaching quality, and even influence the growth of the generation as a whole.
