摘　　要：十九大对高校人才培养提出了新的要求与更高的标准。新形势下,作为民族地区高职高专院校,以德为先,强化学生的人文素质教育,最终达到德才兼备,为社会培养更加适应社会主义现代化建设需要的人才。The 19th National Congress put forward new requirements and higher standards for college personnel training. Under the new situation, as a higher vocational college in a minority area, we should first of all give priority to virtue and strengthen the humanistic education of students so as to eventually achieve the combination of both ability and political integrity, and train more talents for our society to better meet the needs of socialist modernization.
