摘　　要：针对地方高校应用型人才的培养要求和学生个性特点,构建并实施了以能力和素质为核心的机械类专业应用型人才多层次培养模式,成功实施了"过控专业产业工程教育实验班"、"机制专业创新教育实验班"等改革项目,开展了多种形式的课外实践创新创业活动,研究并实践了地方高校机械类专业高素质应用型人才培养的方法和途径,收到显著效果。According to the training requirements of applied talents in local colleges and universities and personality characteristics of students, a multi-level training mode of applied talents of mechanical specialty with ability and quality as the core was constructed and implemented. The experiment class of over-control specialized industrial engineering education was successfully implemented, ＂Experimental Mechanisms for Professional Innovation Education＂ and other reform projects, carried out various forms of extra-curricular practice and innovation and entrepreneurship activities, and studied and practiced the methods and means of cultivating high-quality applied talents in mechanical specialty of local colleges and universities, with remarkable results.
