摘　　要：信息技术给中国的教育发展带来革命性影响。高校思政课程打破传统的填鸭式的教学模式,依托互联网"蓝墨云班"课堂云平台,构建图文声像并茂的生动的教学资源,翻转教师和学生的身份;改革教学方法和手段,引导学生积极参与课堂,实现课堂课外的翻转;利用互联网云平台空间实现无纸化考核。思政课的这种全方位改革,大大增强了思政课课程的吸引力,调动了学生的学习主动性,提高了思政课的教学效果。Information technology has brought a revolutionary influence on the development of education in China. To break the traditional cramming teaching mode of Ideological and political courses in colleges, relying on the Internet ＂blue Moyun class＂ class cloud platform, building full of picture and sound and vivid teaching resources, teachers and students turnover status; reform of teaching methods and means, guide the students to actively participate in classroom, classroom extracurricular turnover; paperless examination the use of the Internet cloud platform space. This comprehensive reform of Ideological and political education has greatly enhanced the attraction of Ideological and political course, mobilizing the initiative of students,and improving the teaching effect of Ideological and political courses.
