摘  要:国家教育部新制定的《义务教育小学科学课程标准》规定,小学科学课程起始年级调整为一年级,由"启蒙课程"改为"基础课程",并在培养目标和教学内容上做了新的规定。依据新课标理念、结合自身实践,本文认为要提高小学科学教学质量和效果,需要在以下几方面做出改变:在教材应用上,应做到不唯教材,灵活变通教学内容;在课堂教学上,注重有效提问,提高课堂教学有效性,同时合理把控课堂节奏,做到学生主体教师主导;在教师培养上,注重专业教学素养和专业化水平的提高;在科学课学科地位上,需要各方共同协作,加强对科学科目的重视。The new"National Science Education Standards"constituted by the Ministry of National Education stipulates that the initial grade of primary science curricula should be adjusted to the first grade and from "Enlightenment Curriculum" to "Basic Curriculum", and have some new regulations on the training objectives and teaching content. According to the concept of the new curriculum standard, combined with own practice, it needs to make a change in the following aspects to improve the quality and effectiveness of science teaching in primary schools: In the application of teaching materials, not only believe the teaching materials but also flexible the teaching content; In the class teaching manage, focus on the effective question, at the same time control the classroom rhythm reasonably, to let students be the subject position of the class; In teacher training,pay attention to the improvement of specialization and professional teaching quality; In the subject status of the science, the parties need to work together to strengthen the importance of the science class.
