摘  要:中等职业学校的学生普遍缺乏学习动机,导致学习效率低下,不能取得良好的学习效果,严重阻碍学生的健康全面可持续发展,同时也对中等职业教育的改革发展产生不利影响。本文主要根据学生的实际情况,从教师的角度探讨其学习动机的培养与激发。Students in secondary vocational schools generally lack learning motivation, which leads to low learning effi- ciency, cannot achieve good learning results, seriously hamper students' health and comprehensive sustainable development, but also has adverse effects on the reform and development of secondary vocational education. This paper, based on the actual situation of the students, explores the training and stimulation of their learning motivation from the perspective of teachers.
