摘　　要：培养适应市场和社会需求的复合型日语人才是日语专业人才培养的最终目标。传统的人才培养模式重语言轻实践,缺乏专业技能的培养。因此,要培养出具有就业竞争力的日语人才,就应该以企业需求为导向,搭建校企合作平台,探索复合型日语人才培养模式。It is the ultimate goal for the training of Japanese professionals to cultivate the compound Japanese talents to meet the needs of the market and the society. The traditional mode of training talents emphasizes light practice and lacks the training of professional skills. Therefore, if we want to cultivate Japanese talents with competitive competitiveness, we should set up a platform for school enterprise cooperation based on the needs of enterprises, and explore the training mode of compound Ja- panese talents.
