摘　　要：见习是德国师范生在大学毕业后和正式工作前的一类实习培训,属于德国师范教育培养的第二阶段,通常12个月到24个月。见习主要包括学校见习和普通研讨班见习两部分,以通过第二次国家考试结束。见习是师范生将理论知识运用到实际教学过程的重要环节,有相应的能力评价标准。Probation is a practice training for German normal students after graduation,which belongs to the second phase of the training of German normal education,usually from 12 months to 24 months. The Probation mainly includes two parts：the school probation and the general seminar,which is completed by the end of the second national examination. Probation is an important part of the application of theoretical knowledge to the practical teaching process of normal school students,and it has the corresponding evaluation criteria.
