摘 要:探讨医学心理学因自身课程特点是否适宜在现阶段继续作为一门医学教育中的课程。根据其存在的课时数少使教学内容难以深入开展、教学内容与多门课程交叉重复、因课程性质对师资要求较高等问题,继而认为现阶段医学心理学教学内容已不适合医学人才的培养。提出取消医学心理学,增设心理学导论、心身医学等课程,将部分教学内容与精神病学、医患沟通等课程合并,并整合校内心理学资源,共同完成"大心理学"教学。This paper explores whether current medical psychology is still suitable to be a course of college medical education. There are some problems in current medical psychology course, including no enough class hours to teach thoroughly psychology, some teaching content overlapping with other courses, high requirements for teachers, and others. So we hold that the current teaching content of medical psychology is not suitable for the cultivation of medical talents, and propose canceling medical psychology and offering the introductory theory of psychology, psychosomatic medicine, etc instead, and suggest that parts of teaching content be amalgamated into some courses like psychiatry, doctor-patient communication, etc. To integrate psychological resources in colleges and universities is helpful to teach medical psychology more completely and deeply.
