摘 要:为了满足煤矿井下槽波物探的高稳定性和高准确性,设计了基于FPGA的槽波触发记录仪。该设计以FPGA处理器为核心,以数字锁相环AD9548为时钟同步器件,结合卡尔曼滤波温度漂移算法及数据处理程序,完成了高自守时能力的槽波触发记录仪设计。该设计在丢失GPS信号的情况下,可连续工作24h,误差小于20μs。自守时能力强,稳定度高,完全省去了长时间工作需要多次进行时间同步环节。In order to meet the high stability and high accuracy of the channel wave geophysical prospecting in coal mine,a channel wave trigger recorder based on FPGA is designed.The design takes FPGA processor as the core,uses digital phaselocked loop AD9548 as the time synchronizing device,and combines Kalman filter temperature drifting algorithm and data processing program to realize the design of a strong self-time-keeping channel wave trigger recorder.The maximum error of the design is less than 20μs in the case of missing GPS signal and working for all the 24 h.The design has strong ability of self-time-keeping,high stability and completely omits the requirement of time synchronization even if there is the long-term work.
