摘　　要：岗位创业型创新人才培养是高校创业教育的基本要义,也是高校专业教育与创业教育深度融合的新思路。文章阐述岗位创业型创新人才的内涵,分析高校培养岗位创业型创新人才的必要性,提出高校培养岗位创业型创新人才的思路:坚持需求导向,把加强岗位胜任力培养作为逻辑起点;善于激发热情,把强化岗位就业意愿作为动力源泉;重视知识建构,把改革课程体系作为教学基础;提供人力保障,把整合优秀团队作为师资支撑;强化实践教学,把优化众创空间作为实训磨刀石。Cultivating post entrepreneurial innovation talents is the basic function of college enterprise start - up education, which is also a new ideas for the deep integration of professional education and vocational education. This paper elaborates the connotation of post entrepreneurial innovation talents, analyzes the necessity of cultivating them, and puts forward the following ideas ： Insisting on the demand orientation and strengthening the post competence as the logical starting point; Being good at arousing enthusiasm and strengthe- ning the willingness to find jobs as a source of motivation. Attaching importance to knowledge construction and reforming the curriculum system as the teaching basis ; Providing human security and integrating excellent teams as the support of teachers ; Strengthening practical teaching and optimizing Zhong Chuang Space as the training grindstones.
