摘 要:目的评价急性髓系白血病(AML)的免疫分型特点及预后效果。方法随机选择47例AML患者,应用流式细胞仪检测AML相关免疫表型,包括CD33、CD13、CD19、CD7、CD38和CD4等。根据AML危险度分层将患者分为低、中、高危组,比较各组患者的免疫分型和预后。结果低危组的总预后良好率高于高危组(P〈0.05),但低危组与中危组比较差异未见统计学意义(P〉0.05)。低、中、高危组CD33和CD38的表达率比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),而CD13、CD19、CD7和CD4阳性率比较差异未见统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论检测AML患者常见的免疫分型指标,特别是CD38和CD33表达情况,对判断病变危险程度和患者预后有重要价值。Objective To assess the characteristics of immune phenotype of acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and prognostic effect.Methods Forty-seven AML patients were selected randomly; and related immune phenotypes were detected by flow cytometry, including CD33, CD13, CD19, CD7, CD38 and CD4. The patients were divided into low, medium and high-risk groups according to risk stratifications of AML.Results The total rate of good prognosis in low-risk group was higher than that in high-risk group (P〈0.05), but there was no significant difference in total rate of good prognosis between low-risk group and moderate-risk group (P〉0.05). There was a significant difference in CD38 and CD33 positive rates cross the three groups (P〈0.05), but there was no significant difference in CD13, CD19, CD7 and CD4 positive rate (P〉0.05).Conclusions The detection of AML common immune phenotypes, especially the CD38 and CD33 expression, has significance in judging the intensity of disease and prognosis.
