摘　　要：目的:本研究主要对黑龙江省医学院校附属医院的住院医师规范化培训的质量进行评估。方法:对黑龙江省提供住院医师规范化培训院校的附属医院的学生、导师及管理人员发放调查问卷,了解住院医师规范化培训的质量。结果:6个亚领域的基本符合标准和完全符合标准率在基本达标中小于70%。13个亚领域的分数在不同人员中有着明显的区别。结论:全球PGME标准是非常有效的自我评估标准。Objective：The quality of residency training programs in medical-school affiliated hospitals throughout Heilongjing was assessed in this study. Methods： the relevant residency training trainees, instructors and management personnel from medical school-affiliated hospitals throughout Heilongjiang were recruited and surveyed regarding the quality of residency training programs. Results： For six items, the total proportions of ＂basically meets standards＂ and ＂completely meets standards＂ were 〈 70% for the basic standards. There were significant differences in the basic standards scores on 13 items among trainees, instructors, and managers. Conclusion：The global standards for PGME are a very useful self-assessment tool.
