摘 要:目前的车身扭转刚度计算和评价方法反映的是车身整体刚度以及大梁或门槛的扭转曲线,无法评价刚度匹配特性和各区域对车身的贡献。针对这一问题,将各区域的应变能及应变能密度作为分析对象,提出基于区域贡献量的刚度匹配评价方法。同时,提出一种可视化方法,将区域贡献量数值可视化。将上述方法应用于某国产商用车,建立车身框架贡献量可视化模型并分析车身的刚度匹配特性。进行结构优化,优化后车身扭转刚度匹配更加合理。结果表明,通过贡献量可视化模型可以直观形象地分析评价刚度匹配特性和各区域对车身的贡献,指导车身结构刚度匹配设计。The present torsional stiffness calculation and evaluation method only reflect the body stiffness and the torsion curves of the cross beam or threshold,it can hardly be used to evaluate the stiffness matching characteristics and the contribution of local region in body comprehensively. Aiming at this problem,a stiffness evaluation method based on regional contribution was proposed,with the strain energy and strain energy density as analyzed object. Meanwhile,a visualization method was proposed to visualize the regional contribution values. The methods above were applied to a domestic commercial vehicle. The contribution visualization model of body framework was established and the body stiffness matching characteristics were analyzed. The torsional stiffness matching was more reasonable after structure optimization. It indicates that the contribution visualization model can be used to evaluate stiffness matching characteristics of body and the contribution of each region intuitively,which gives guidance to structure stiffness matching design.
