摘  要:目的临床教学中发现,学生放疗相关的基础知识普遍非常薄弱,掌握相关的放疗知识以及进行积极主动学习有一定困难。因此,本研究探讨以问题为基础的教学模式(problem-based learning,PBL)+结合案例教学模式(casebased learning,CBL)+以授课为基础的学习(lecture-based learning,LBL)对比CBL+LBL在肿瘤放射治疗教学中的应用效果。方法选取2015-03-01-2017-01-31在西京医院肿瘤放射治疗科实习的128名学生为研究对象,其中64名学生采用PBL+CBL+LBL教学法,64名学生采用CBL+LBL教学法。通过成绩考核及问卷调查两种方式评价教学效果。采用Epidata 3.1建立数据库,SPSS 23.0统计软件进行资料的统计分析。结果 PBL+CBL+LBL组的总成绩为(91.40±4.60)分,要明显优于CBL+LBL组的(89.20±3.95)分,差异有统计学意义,t=3.700,P<0.001。问卷调查结果显示,PBL+CBL+LBL组学生对教学法的满意度较高,各个维度的差异均有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论与CBL+LBL教学方法相比,PBL+CBL+LBL教学法在肿瘤放射治疗学教学实践中取得了良好的教学效果,值得借鉴和推广。OBJECTIVE In clinical teaching,we found that the basic knowledge of students' radiotherapy is generally very weak,and it is difficult to master relevant radiotherapy knowledge and learm actively.Therefore,we are based on teaching experience and some classic teaching methods,to explore the teaching effect of Problem-Based Learning and CaseBased Learning and Lecture-based Learning in the application of the teaching of radiation oncology.METHODS A total of128 students were enrolled in the Xijing Hospital from March 1,2015 to January 31,2017.Among them 64 students using PBL combined with CBL and LBL teaching method,the remaining 64 students using CBL+LBL teaching method.The evaluation of teaching effect was obtained through the examination results and questionnaire survey.Epidata 3.1 was used to establish a database,statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 23.0 statistical software.RESULTS There were 64 students in each group.PBL+CBL+LBL group was significantly better than CBL+LBL group in regard to the examination results,the difference was statistically significant(t=3.700,P〈0.001),the questionnaire survey showed that students in PBL+CBL+LBL group were more satisfied with the teaching methods they had accepted(P〈0.05).CONCLUSION Compared with traditional CBL+LBL teaching methods,the combination of three teaching method in the teaching of radiation oncology has achieved satisfactory teaching results,it is worth to be advocated and recommended.
