摘 要:我国企业对外劳动关系治理问题在"一带一路"背景下会被放大,从而影响其海外投资的顺利开展,而其面临的挑战与压力与全球化下企业所处国际产业链的位置、企业的国际运营和劳动关系处理水平密切相关。对此,应当秉持尊重东道国劳动法制的基本立场,通过提高企业对外劳动关系治理水平,融入及借力国际、区域及双边规则,并借助政府的有力引领、组织与支持,在多个层面予以积极应对。The problem of the foreign labor relations govemance of China's overseas enterprises will be amplified under the background of "the Belt and Road" Initiative, which will affect the smooth development of overseas investment of Chinese enterprises. The challenges and pressures are closely related to the enterprises' international industrial chain location under globalization, and the level of international operation and handling ability of labor relations. We must adhere to the basic position of respecting the labor law of the host country, and actively respond to various aspects by improving the foreign labor relationship governance of enterprises, blending in and getting help from the international, regional and bilateral rules, and with the government's powerful leading, organizing and strong support.
