摘　　要：随着我国"双一流"建设战略规划与实施办法的提出,各高校把一流学科建设作为学校改革和发展的龙头,尤其是拥有ESI学科成为当前高校关注热点,但是目前关于ESI学科的研究多是围绕在学科建设、评价与预测等方面,而对进入ESI学科的过程管理和绩效评价却很少。基于此,结合ESI学科评价体系的特点,文章从优势学科进入ESI动态监测的必要性出发,构建由确定监测对象、监测方法运用、监测预警设计组成的动态监测系统,通过该系统实现对ESI学科管理与评价的预警功能,并提出了构建策略与建议,为高校优势学科评价与潜力学科识别提供研究参考。Under the strategic plan and implementing method of the ＂Double Tops＂ construction in our country, every univer- sity takes the first-class discipline construction as the priority of university reform and development, especially with the focus of ow- ning ESI discipline. However, most of the current researches on ESI discipline are around discipline construction, evaluation and prediction, and few studies focus on the process management and performance evaluation of entering ESI discipline. Based on this, combined with the characteristics of ESI discipline evaluation system, this paper starts from the necessity of dynamic monitoring of dominant discipline into ESI to build the dynamic monitoring system composed by monitoring objects, monitoring methods, and mo- nitoring ＆ early warning. Through this system, the early warning function of management and evaluation of ESI discipline is real- ized, also the construction strategy and suggestion are proposed. This can provide references for the evaluation of dominant disci- plines and the identification of the potential subjects in universities.
