摘 要:高压隔离开关在电力输送中起着至关重要的作用,对其运动学规律及装配调试特性进行研究具有重要的实践意义。文中以GW4型高压隔离开关为例,首先在分析各连杆几何关系的基础上建立了隔离开关运动学模型。然后利用MATLAB/Simulink软件深入研究各特征参数与隔离开关之间的运动学规律,并探究特征参数对安装调试特性的影响。之后通过将回转支承座与支撑立柱间的4均布孔固定连接改为腰子槽孔连接的方式,对现有产品进行了改进并完善了装配方法。最后在GW4型隔离开关试验平台上进行了试验。试验结果表明:隔离开关运动学分析与装配方法均与仿真结果一致,也有效地解决了触头触指啮合时触指单边变形过大的问题。The high-voltage disconnector plays an important role in the power transmission, and it is of great practi- cal significance to study the kinematics and assembly commissioning characteristics. In this paper, the high-voltage disconnector of the GW4 type is taken as an example. To begin with, the kinematics model of the high-voltage discon- nector is established based on the analysis of the geometric relationship of links. Then, the MATLAB / Simulink soft- ware is used to study the kinematics principle between the characteristic parameters and the disconnector. Moreover, the impact of the characteristic parameters on the assembly commissioning characteristics is developed. After that, the fixed connection of four uniform holes between the slewing bearing and the support column is changed to the con- nection of the waist slot. Accordingly, the existing product is improved and the assembly method is presented. Final- ly, the experimental test is carried out on the disconnector test platform of the GW4 type. Experimental results show that the kinematic analysis and the assembly method of the disconnector are consistent with the simulation results. Moreover, the unilateral deformation problem of the connect finger when the connect head and the connect finger meshes is effectively solved.
