胎儿巨脑回畸形的产前超声诊断6例分析

摘　　要：目的探讨胎儿巨脑回畸形的产前超声特征与漏诊原因,提高巨脑回畸形的产前诊断率。方法于2014年1月至2016年6月在广东省妇幼保健院行产前胎儿系统超声检查,MRI检查或产后经病理确诊的巨脑回畸形病例,对其产前超声资料及相关临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 6例中3例产前有提示,3例漏诊。产前超声发现情况:3例发现大脑外侧裂浅平,3例侧脑室增宽,3例头围偏小,4例伴有其他颅脑畸形。产后证实发现6例患儿均合并颅脑其他畸形。结论产前超声在胎儿巨脑回畸形的产前诊断中具有重要的价值。Objective To observe the features of antenatal ultrasonography in fetal pachygyria and analyse the reason of missed diagnosis, in order to increase its prenatal diagnosis rate.Methods Retrospective analysis was proceeded about the prenatal uhrasonographic data and clinical data of pachygyria cases which taked the prenatal ultrasound system inspection of fetus and confirmed by MRI or postpartum pathological examination in Mother and Child Health Care Hospital of Guangdong Province from January 2014 to June 2016.Results Three cases of 6 cases had indication in prenatal ultrasonographic inspection and the other 3 cases were misdiagnosed. Findings of prenatal ultrasound ： sylvian fissure was shallow and flat founded in 3 cases, 3 cases had widen lateral ventricle, head circumference was relatively small in 3 cases, and 4 cases were accompanied with other brain malformations. Brain malformations were demonstrated in all 6 cases in postpartum inspection.Conclusion Prenatal ultrasound examination had great value in prenatal diagnosis of paehygyria.
