摘　　要：通过直线电机的伺服控制分析,研究了伺服控制策略;以激光划切工作台为应用平台,针对x向电机位置环进行深入分析来解决实际问题,并根据激光划切机性能指标要求设计xy精密工作台运动控制系统,实现工作台的精密控制。Through the servo control analysis of linear motor,this paper research control strategy.Based on the application study of the real work platform,this paper is aimed on the thorough analysis of the X position loop to solve practical problems. Through in-depth study of the linear motor and its control strategy,this paper designs the XY precision table of laser cutting machine according to performance requirements of the system,and achieves precision control of electrical system.
