摘  要:基于传统组态软件在实现复杂的PID控制算法方面存在不足,以力控组态软件为平台,通过研究PID控制算法原理以及力控组态软件的运行机制,在力控组态软件平台上编程实现PID控制算法,并基于力控组态软件平台建立油箱模型对控制算法实现可行性进行验证。结合模型实验控制曲线,表明力控编程实现PID控制算法有效,验证了力控组态编程实现PID控制算法的可行性。There are some deficiencies in realizing complex PID control algorithm based on traditional configuration software. Against this background, a research based on the configuration software of ForceControl was carried out to examine the implementation of control algorithms. By firstly studying the theory of PID control algorithm and the operating mechanism of ForceControl, a PID control was successfully programmed on the platform. In order to verify the effectiveness of the programmed algorithm, a control model of oil tank was established. The control curve observed in the experiment proves that the programmed algorithm works perfectly, thus revealing the feasibility of implementing PID control algorithms using ForceControl platform.
