摘　　要：本研究以南京工业大学海外人才缓冲基地为案例,构建以创新创业为引领,科教融合为重点,探索以第一课堂为保障,第二课堂为建设重点的"七位一体"育人模式。从理论与实践上,立足现实分析存在的问题,探讨实现路径,为我国大学教育教学改革和构建现代大学制度提供可参考的范式。Taking Buffer Base for Overseas Talents of Nanjing Tech University as a case study, making innovation as the leading role, combining science research and teaching, exploring ＂the seven-sphere integrated talent cultivation mode＂ by emphasizing the first classroom content and the second classroom activities. The study analyzes the current existing problems in talents cultivation of the second classroom innovative education from theory and practice with the aim to provide referable model to transformation of education and modern university system of China.
