药学本科毕业生就业情况分析及其对人才培养的启示

摘　　要：对中山大学新华学院2013~2016届药学专业本科毕业生实际就业数据进行量化分析,分析内容包括就业率、就业单位性质、就业区域三个类目。结果显示中山大学新华学院2013~2016届药学专业本科毕业生平均就业率为97.30%,就业方向以医疗机构为主,呈现多元化就业趋势,就业区域主要集中于广东省内,就业前景相对乐观,人才培养与社会需求相契合。The employment situation,ranging from employment rates,job types to employment locations of2013-1015 pharmacy graduates from Xinhua college of Sun Yan-sen University,was analyzed quantitatively. The average employment rate of these students who graduated from 2013 to 2016 was 97. 30%. The results showed that the main employment destination for these graduates wasmedical institutions,together with a wide variety of other options. Most of the graduates worked in Guangzhou Province. It also revealed that the employment prospect was optimistic and the correspondence of our talents cultivating and social demands was proper.
