摘　　要：培养高素质"双师双能型"教师队伍,是地方应用型高校实现内涵式发展的基础工程。新时代应用型高校加强"双师双能型"教师队伍建设具有重要意义。新时代应用型高校要加强"双师双能型"教师队伍建设,必须坚持党的领导、加强师德师风建设,做好分类培训、提升技能的基础工作;进一步完善机制、实施人文管理确保必要保障,加大改革创新、激发活力提供动力支撑。To cultivate a contingent of high-quality teachers with double-ability and dual-ability is the basic project to realize the connotative development of local applied colleges and universities. The application of new-era applied colleges and universities to strengthen the ＂double-teacher dual-capable＂ team of teachers is of great significance. In order to strengthen the construction of ＂double-teacher dual-capable＂ teachers, the application-oriented colleges in new era must insist on the party＇s leadership, strengthen the construction of teachers＇ morality, do well classified training and improve the basic skills; further improve the mechanism and implement humane management to ensure Necessary security, increase reform and innovation, stimulate vitality to provide dynamic support.
