摘　　要：研究生学位授予质量管理体系是提高研究生学位授予质量的基本规范,是确保学位授予单位全程保障学位授予质量的有效手段。本文以规范性、科学性和质量文化为基本原则,以加强学位授予制度建设、过程管理和提高参与主体的质量意识为基本思路,构建以保证学位授予质量为核心的学位授予全环节过程管理模式的学位授予质量管理体系,对其学位管理制度化、评阅方式多样化、过程数据精细化、绩效管理规范化和质量监控常态化等特点进行了论述。通过管理体系的实施,效果明显,各基层培养单位、导师和研究生的质量意识和责任意识在不断提高,各基层培养单位主动探究学位授予过程中存在问题和寻求解决办法的意识也在不断增强,为保证学位授予质量奠定了基础。最后就发挥学位授予质量管理体系效能,从体系与信息技术的融合、与研究生思想教育工作的融合和与学校校园文化建设的融合等三方面提出了相应思考。The management system of graduate degree awarding quality is the basic norm to improve the graduate degree awarding quality and an effective measure to guarantee the graduate degree awarding process.Taking the standardability,scientificity and quality culture as basic principles,focusing on the institutional improvement,process management and enhancing quality awareness of the participants,this paper proposes the degree awarding quality management system,which is a process management pattern with the degree awarding quality as the core.It discusses the institutionalization of degree management,diversification of dissertation appraisal,refining pf process data,standardability of performance management as well as normalization of quality monitoring.By implementing this management system,the obvious effect can be seen.For example,the quality awareness and sense of responsibility are strengthened among every training unit,tutor and postgraduate.For the basic training units,the awareness to investigate and deal with the problems existing in the degree awarding process is strengthened gradually,which lays the foundation for ensuring the degree awarding quality.In terms of the efficiency of the degree management system,the author illustrates it from three perspectives：the fusion between the system and information technology,the fusion between the system and graduate thought education work,and the fusion between the system and the campus culture.
