摘　　要：高职旅游管理专业的宗旨是要培养能够胜任岗位一线的高端应用技能型人才,目前制约发展的最为关键的因素就是师资队伍的水平。高职旅游管理专业必须拥有一支深谙教育教学理论、教育教学经验丰富、岗位实践经验丰富、在行业内具有影响力的"双师型"的师资队伍,才能实现教育教学目标。因此深入研究高职旅游管理专业"双师型"教师队伍建设的意义以及建设的机制具有深远的意义。The aim of tourism management major of higher vocational colleges is to cultivate the higher applied skilled talent who is competent for front line jobs. Nowadays,the crucial factor which restricts development is the level of the faculty. In order to achieve the teaching aim,the tourism management major of higher vocational college must be equipped with a teaching group with deep understanding of teaching theory,abundant teaching experience,rich practical experience and considerable influence on the industry. Therefore,there is deep significance of researching on the construction mechanism and its importance of ＂double-certificated teachers＂of tourism management major in vocational college.
