摘 要:引导大学生基层就业是缓解大学生就业压力、强化国家治理的重要举措。基于SEM结构方程模型,运用实证调研的方法,以量化的方式研究家庭文化资本影响农科大学生农村基层就业意愿的方式和具体路径,结果表明:学习成绩是家庭文化资本与农科大学生农村基层就业意愿的中介变量,家庭文化资本通过学习成绩间接影响农科大学生农村基层就业意愿,家庭文化资本越高,农科大学生农村基层就业意愿越低;城乡之间家庭文化资本对农科大学生基层就业意愿的影响方式存在路径差异。Guiding college students to get employment at the grassroots level is an important measure to ease the employment pressure on college students and strengthen state governance. Based on the structural equation model of SEM,this paper uses the method of empirical research to quantitatively study the ways and specific ways in which family culture capital affects the rural grassroots employment in agricultural college students. The results show that academic achievement is the mediating variable between the family cultural capital and agricultural college students' willingness to work at rural grass-roots level. Family cultural capital indirectly influences the rural primary employment desire of agricultural college students through academic performance,and the higher the family cultural capital,the lower the willingness of rural students to get employment in rural areas. There is a difference in the way of the influence of family cultural capital between urban and rural areas on the willingness of college students to take jobs at the grassroots level.
