摘  要:《发酵工程》课程是生物工程领域非常重要的专业课之一,处于核心地位,是一门实践性很强的学科。其中《发酵工程实验》是对理论知识巩固所必须的内容,以往的教学内容偏向于验证性实验,缺乏系统性、连续性。笔者经过几年的改革探索,总结出了一套以学生自主设计为主体,以教师科研项目为依托的《发酵工程实验》教学模式,包括教学大纲设计、教学内容设定、考核方式的确定等几个方面,经过总结发现具有比较明显的教学效果。The "fermentation engineering" course is one of the most important specialized courses in the field of biological engineering. It is at the core position and is a very practical subject. The fermentation engineering experiment is the necessary content for consolidating theoretical knowledge. The past teaching content was biased towards verification experiments, lacking systematic and continuity. After several years of reform and exploration, summed up a set of students design as the main body, with the teacher's scientific research project "fermentation engineering experiment" teaching mode, including syllabus design, teaching content setting, assessment methods to determine several aspects after total found bear has obvious teaching effect.
