摘  要:把握教学督导的内涵,明确教学督导的功能作用,以督促导、以导为主。从教学督导的工作方式出发,在把握职业院校学生群体特殊性的基础上,对教学督导存在的问题加以解析诊断,以"三层两面"为基点出发,调动学生的积极性,提高教师的整体水平,促进职业院校督导制度规范化、督导队伍的群体专业化。Grasp the connotation of teaching supervision, clear the functional role of teaching supervision, to supervise the promotion of guidance and guidance. Starting from the work style of teaching supervision, on the basis of grasping the special characteristics of students in vocational colleges, the problems in teaching supervision will be analyzed and diagnosed. Starting from the "three levels and two sides" as the starting point, students' enthusiasm will be mobilized to increase the overall quality of teachers. At the same level, it promotes the standardization of the supervision system of vocational colleges and supervises the group professionalization of the ranks.
