摘　　要：本学期督导组对我校医药技术管理系多位老师进行了听课,并做了一定范围的调查研究,发现大部分老师能完成教学常规工作,并在教学中进行了课程改革,本文对本学期督导工作进行了工作实践总结并对未来发展方向进行了展望。This semester,the steering group on the college of Pharmaceutical Technology Management Department of teachers for lectures,and do research in certain range,found that most teachers can complete the teaching routine,and curriculum reform in the teaching,this paper carried out the practice of the semester supervision work summary and the future development direction the prospect of our college.
