摘 要:模具工职业标准的体系和特点决定了其在高职模具专业人才培养实施中存在考核要求和人才培养目标不对接、理论知识点和技能点宽泛、教学内容和考核标准不统一的问题,为此提出了模具工职业标准与高职模具专业理论知识点、实践操作技能点、考核标准3个方面对接路径,以期为职业标准与课程的全面融合进行有益探索。According to the system and characteristics of the professional standard for the die & mould workers, the assessment requirements of the professional standards and the goal of talents' training standard was not match. The problem of the theoretical knowledge point and the skill point was wide, and the teaching content and assessment standard was different were existed. Therefore, three docking paths of the professional standard of the die & mould workers and the theoretical knowledge point of the higher vocational college die & mould major, the practical operation skill and the assessment standard were put forward in order to make a useful exploration for the comprehensive integration of vocational standards and the course.
