摘  要:目的探讨以核心能力为导向的专业课程模块设计及应用效果。方法设计以核心能力为导向的肿瘤、急危重症、糖尿病、感染专业课程模块,对115名N_2级临床护士进行培训。培训前后用注册护士核心能力量表评价护士的核心能力,培训后调查护士的培训满意度。结果培训后,专业护士核心能力总分及各维度得分均高于培训前(P<0.01)。护士的培训满意评分为(96.2±3.1)分,满意率为96.5%。结论应用以核心能力为导向的专业课程进行培训,有效提升了N_2级护士的核心能力,也得到参训护士的认可。Objective To explore effects of a core competency-based curriculum module designed in the study.Methods The core competency-based curriculum module included four modes which were tumor mode,emergency and critical care mode,diabetes mode and infection mode.One hundred and fifteen N2 level nurses were trained by the new module.Before and after the training,nurses' core competency was assessed by the Registered Nurses Core Competency Scale.Besides,nurses' satisfaction with the training was also evaluated.Results After the training,the scores of total core competence and each dimension were significantly higher than those be-fore the training(P〈0.01).The satisfaction score after training was 96.2±3.1 and the satisfaction percentage was 96.5%.Conclusion The core competency based curriculum for nurses can improve the core competence of nurses at N21evel,and is accepted by nurses who were trained.
